Mr Nikolay T. Tanaev, who used to hold office of the Social and Business centre "Okhta" JSC Director General, was elected the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the meeting of Social and Business Centre "Okhta" JSC Board of Directors.

The winner of competition on designing and building of the first zone of "Okhta center" cultural and business area became «Arabtec Construction» company. The Commission on realisation of strategic projects in St. Petersburg territory under the chairmanship of Governor Valentina Matvienko and the Chairman of Board of Gazprom public corporation Alexey Miller has declared the results of competition.
