The Public Hearings devoted to the issue of submitting the permission for the “Okhta” Tower deviation from the boundary parameters of construction allowed on the territory of the would-be construction site of the Social and Business Center “Okhta” were held.

The Public Hearings were organized by the Administration of Krasnogvardeyskiy District in St. Petersburg and were held on September 1, in the Karelia Hotel conference hall. Mr. A.P. Galakhov Deputy Head of Krasnogvardeyskiy District Administration, Secretary of the Krasnogvardeysky District Territorial Subdivision of the Construction and Land Use Commission chaired the Public Hearings.

Luchin, “Social and Business Centre “Okhta” Head of Coordination Department, Ms. E.G. Nogova, Research and Design Institute of Regional Development and Transportation ZAO NIPI Deputy Director General, Ms. E.M. Sergeeva, GUP “Lengiproinzhproekt” representative.

The debates lasted for four hours. Both positive and negative opinions about the project were expressed in the course of the discussion.
