Lately some mass media covered a possible implication of JSC "Social and Business Centre "Okhta" in the development and distribution of "Horosho" show cards.
The show cards with the catchword "Horosho", stylized picture of "Okhta centre" tower and a text implying obscenities are being distributed in St. Petersburg these days by a creative association "Shchuka" ("The Pike").
The Press Service of JSC "Social and Business Centre "Okhta" officially reports on company not being implicated into the development and distribution of this printed product. Equally JSC "Social and Business Centre "Okhta" has nothing to do with the creative association "Shchuka" that serves in personal capacity and pursues its own objectives.
JSC "Social and Business Centre "Okhta" is a public company that acts in strict accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and is guided by the generally accepted code of ethics. It is the principal position of our company that all the questions arising in connection with the "Okhta centre" project are discussed in the frameworks of an open civilized discussion together with all the parties concerned.
JSC "Social and Business Centre "Okhta" will take all the necessary steps under the effective legislation to prevent the distribution of the said printed product in the public places of St. Petersburg.
