AUGUST 12, 2009, Land Management and Development Commission of St-Petersburg examined an application of JSC "Social and Business centre "Okhta" concerning the deviation from licensed construction boundary parameters and concluded to direct the materials to the public hearings on the issue relating to the deviation from licensed construction boundary parameters.
