The City Planning and Architecture Committee approved and adopted a master plan of the construction of a sport complex implemented by CJSC Social and Business Center Okhta.

Okhta Center Project has parameters which were publicly declared earlier, the company is still intended to observe all the procedures stipulated in the Russian legislation aimed at obtaining a permit to construct a high-rise.
