Gazprom neft is not the only large tax payer which Petersburg can lose by having rejected the construction of a public and business area Okhta Center. The demonstration by the city of such business unreliability has given rise to a chain reaction. A lot of investment projects were cancelled. Large developers are among might-have-been investors.
