Okhta Center is an innovative project aimed at the creation of a new city area on the territory of a former industrial area comprising a modern business center and wide public functions: office premises, museum of modern art, theater and concert hall, stadium, all-year-around skating rink, cafes, shops, restaurants. The highest floor of the tower will host a public observation deck.
